Hand in Hand

Hand in Hand is an exhibit inspired and presented by the Council on Aging of Greater Nashville, providing a photographic testimonial to the aging community as they meet the challenges and joys of life through interaction with family, friends, caregivers, and the senior service providers of Davidson County.
